OK. This is John Hooper’s maquette design for Terry Fox before the life size statue was done. It used to be in the RMOC building on Richmond Road waaayyyyyyy back when but I’m assuming that it is downtown at City Hall somewhere now since the mayor has taken a couple of photos of it.
I can’t find a definitive current location for it, but did find a pic from RMOC and based on the wall behind Terry it appears to have moved from that location.
