"Good morning Ottawa. Bonjour Ottawa." Ottawa Mayor Mark Sutcliffe has been posting photos with these words for years now. However, a large portion of these photos appear to be on NCC property. Is Sutcliffe taking credit for the NCCs hard work while he's busy grinding the city to dust with austerity? You can help by identifying locations!
